Experienced Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry CDP are required in a couple of venues in Melbourne, Australia. These positions are offering 457 visa employer sponsorship to the right candidates
English Language Requirement:
Due to the type of position, excellent English language ability is required. Candidates who are not from an English speaking country, can only apply if you have already sat your IELTS exams and can supply your results.
Position 1: Italian Pastry Chef needed for a business based in Melbourne. Must have experience in yeast, classical doughs, panatoni, mother yeast, dough lamination. Experience in production would be ideal.
Position 2: Pastry Chef needed for a high-end, fine dining a la carte restaurant based in the city of Melbourne.
